Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless chicken tenders
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
3 Tbsp. Gulden's mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour. In medium skillet, heat butter until bubbly.
Add chicken and brown lightly on both sides.
Remove chicken.
Stir in 1/3 cup water, the mustard and honey.
Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over each piece.
Cover and simmer 3 minutes, just until chicken is done.
Serve with rice or noodles.
