Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices bread
4 Tbsp. oleo
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten well
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Cut bread into cubes.
Saute in oleo the mushrooms and onions. Set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, eggs, soup, milk and seasonings. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish and add bread cubes on sides and bottom.
Alternate mushrooms and onions with soup mixture and cheese.
Make the day before.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
The last 5 minutes, top with cheese and let it melt.
