Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
8 slices bread, cubed
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until soft.
Mash.
Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased casserole.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
