Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Whip the cream in a bowl.
Sift dry ingredients into the cream. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Bake in hot waffle iron. When steam no longer appears, waffle is done.
Do not raise lid during baking.
