Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oleo and shortening, mixed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add vanilla, then flour (sift with dry ingredients).
Roll into balls size of walnut and press down with fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
