Bacahlau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    Bacahlau (dried codfish)
    7 white potatoes
    onions
    fresh parsley
    egg whites
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and 3 pieces of Bacahlau together.
    Separate potatoes and Bacahlau.
    Cut Bacahlau in small pieces.
    Then mash potatoes.
    Cut onions and fresh parsley into small pieces.
    Mix potatoes, Bacahlau and onion/parsley mixture.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Add to Bacahlau mixture.
    Make into oblong shapes and fry.
