Overnight Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 c. light sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Break cauliflower into bite size flowers.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
In 3-quart bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower and peas.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Spread over top evenly to edge of bowl.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Follow with Parmesan cheese.
Top with bacon.
Cover and chill overnight.
