Dandy Candy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. Special K cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 to 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Combine corn syrup and sugar in pan and cook over heat until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix well and add Special K cereal.
    Press into a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
    Cool.
    Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
    Frost bars.
    Cool and cut.
