Eclair Cake(Easy Do-Ahead Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    9 oz. Cool Whip or 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Put a layer of graham crackers in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix pudding with milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip or heavy cream.
    Pour half of mixture over crackers, cover with a layer of crackers, filling mixture and finish with a layer of crackers.
    Prepare frosting.
