Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    8 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 c. diced frozen chicken
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    In large kettle, add all ingredients, except rice.
    Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Add rice.
    Serve with tossed salad, rolls, crackers and butter.
    Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
