Cold Tomato Sauce With Fusilli Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
    4 to 5 large summer tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    freshly ground black pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
    Salt to taste.
    Cool cooked pasta under cold running water and toss with sauce.
