Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. light stick margarine
    1/2 c. reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in cheese.
    Add milk until moist.
    Shape in a ball.
    Roll out on a floured surface, then cut with a round cutter.
