Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Vidalia onions
5 oz. evaporated milk
2 c. hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
3 medium eggs
1 section Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cut onions into chunks and boil to tender.
Then melt butter and saute onions for 5 minutes.
Set aside.
Beat milk and eggs together and pour over onions, 1 1/2 cups cheese and crumble 25 Ritz crackers to mixture and salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and remaining crackers on top. Dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
