Paulette'S Southern Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (42 oz.) can sweet potatoes or yams
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Heat potatoes in pan.
    Drain off the juice.
    Combine all ingredients and mix with a mixer.
    Pour into a buttered dish.
