Italian Hunters Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic or garlic powder
2 16 oz. cans of stewed tomatoes
1 6 oz. can of tomato paste
3 large onions, cut into quarters
3 med carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. parsley
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oil, brown meat.
Add garlic and onions, saute well, turning often.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, flour, salt, chili powder, oregano and parsley.
Add 2 c. water and simmer covered 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Skim off fat.
Add carrots and simmer until they are tender; cook ziti, add to stew and serve with cheese on top.
