Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped (small)
1 c. baked beans
1 c. tomatoes and juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef with onion and butter.
Add beans and stir several minutes.
Pour in tomatoes, salt, flour and chili powder. Cook for 45 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot and with grated cheese on the top of the bowl.
