Killer Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/8 c. elephant garlic, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. rosemary flakes
1 bay leaf
1 to 1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. steak sauce
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. cooking wine
4 to 5 lb. chopped meat
Preparation

Mix together and shape it as a loaf of bread (oval).
Add a pinch of garlic powder, oregano and parsley flakes to the top of loaf.
Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cooked.
