Sausage Skillet Supper(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rope sausage
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into chunks.
    Combine with rice, soup, water and margarine in large skillet on medium heat.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in peas and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
