Chicken And Shrimp Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked (in pieces, desired size)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1/4 can sherry wine (add a little more wine for thinner sauce)
    1/2 to 1 lb. cooked cleaned shrimp (as desired)
    1 can or fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/4 lb. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento
Preparation
    Arrange chicken pieces in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with mushroom soup mixture, then arrange shrimp on top, then mushrooms, green pepper, pimiento and cheese.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave on Medium-high 9 to 10 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
