Eggplant Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 large clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
    lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Poke the eggplant all over with fork.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and peel.
    In a blender, blend the garlic, tahini and lemon peel.
    Add eggplant.
    Put in dish with the olive oil and cayenne pepper on top.
