Nick'S Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. lean ground beef or venison
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours.
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Drop mixture by serving spoon on cookie sheet.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and roll into thin patties.
    Peel off Saran Wrap.
    Dry in 150\u00b0 oven for 4 to 6 hours.
    Let door open.
