Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 lb. peas
1/2 lb. green beans
1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
1/2 lb. potatoes, cubed
4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
Add tomato sauce diluted with water.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange chicken in an oven roaster.
Pour sauce and vegetables over it.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered. Serve hot with rice.
