Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten lightly
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients except nuts.
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
    Stir in zucchini, pineapple and nuts. Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
