Three Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 to 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 (7 oz. each) milk chocolate candy bars*
    2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a rapid boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in marshmallows until melted.
    Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate; stir until melted.
    Fold in vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
    Pour into greased 5x10x1 pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Yields 5 1/2 pounds of very good fudge!
