California Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch romaine lettuce (red leaf or butter leaf)
    1 clove garlic, diced
    red onion
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    tomato
    zucchini or cucumber, sliced thin
    crisp bacon
    Feta cheese
    fresh shrimp
    artichoke hearts (marinated)
Preparation
    Break up lettuce.
    Chop garlic and onion.
    Slice mushrooms. Chop tomato.
    Slice zucchini and cucumber.
    Crumble bacon and cheese.
    Mix all together; chill.
    Use honey mustard or poppy seed dressing.
