Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. small squash, sliced
    2 c. onions, sliced
    2 large bell peppers, sliced
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Soak first 3 ingredients for 2 hours in ice water and 3/4 cup salt.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and celery seed.
    Cook for 3 minutes; place in jar and seal.
