Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 head lettuce
    3 to 4 celery stalks
    1 medium onion
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. Colby shredded cheese
    8 slices crisp bacon
    3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    3 tomatoes
Preparation
    Wash and chop vegetables.
    Place all in a large bowl.
    Top with the cheese and 2 cups of Hellmann's mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Toss well before serving.
