Fruited Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. pitted prunes
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. bottled sweet spicy French dressing
Preparation
    Cook pork over medium heat until brown.
    Drain.
    Place pineapple, prunes and apricots over pork.
    Pour salad dressing over fruit and pork.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
