24 Hour Oven Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chuck roast (3 to 5 lb. or more)
    onions, cut in chunks
    celery, cut in chunks
    cloves of garlic or garlic powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wrap in 3 layers of heavy-duty foil.
    Cook in oven at 225\u00b0 for 18 to 24 hours.
    Serve with your favorite salsa.
    It is best to put the wrapped roast on a cookie sheet or a pan to catch any drippings that may leak out.
