Bacon And Cheese Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tsp. brown spicy mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
18 (5 1/2-inch) crepes
Preparation

Saut the onion in butter in a small skillet until tender. Combine the sauteed onion with the cheese, bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 18 portions. Shape each into a 4-inch log. Place a log on each crepe and roll up to enclose the filling. Arrange seam side down in a greased baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 just until the cheese melts. Cut each crepe into 3 pieces to serve as hors d'oeuvres and arrange on a serving plate. Yield: 54 hors d'oeuvres.
