Turkey Pot Pie(For 12 Or More) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. and 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. and 2 Tbsp. flour
    6 c. chicken broth
    3 c. heavy cream or milk (whole)
    1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    salt to taste
    12 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. diced onion
    11 c. mixed vegetables
    biscuits or dumplings
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
    Slowly add broth, cream, pepper and salt.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened, and stir in vegetables and turkey.
    (Can be replaced with chicken.) Top with biscuits or dumplings.
    Bake 30 minutes or until biscuits are done all the way through.
