Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, boiled
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated medium cheese (or more, if desired)
Preparation

Dice or grate potatoes into large bowl.
Season and add other ingredients, saving some cheese for the top.
Mix with a fork. Put into a 2-quart casserole or baking pan.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or longer until bubbly in the center.
Some buttermilk added to the sour cream enhances flavor and moistness.
