Fresh Peach Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed fresh peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix peaches, sugar and orange juice. Place over high heat and stir until boiling.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Serve warm on pound cake or chill the sauce to make up parfaits.
