Swiss Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
3 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese, then mushrooms over the chicken.
Combine soups and spread over chicken.
Add the melted oleo and hot water to stuffing mix and spread this over the soup layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours uncovered.
Note:
You can easily use 8 pieces of chicken if you do not wish to use just breasts of chicken.
