Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet in butter.
    Drain off excess. Combine sauce and water.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Skim off any excess fat and pour sauce over chicken.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
