Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cut asparagus spears, drained, or fresh cooked
    1 large jar pimento
    5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add juice from asparagus.
    You may add milk to make more sauce.
