Zucchini Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 zucchini, washed
    1 large onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut zucchini into 1/2-inch slices and thinly slice onion.
    Cook squash and onion in butter in skillet until tender.
    Add salt, tomato sauce and oregano.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts, 30 minutes.
