Kick-Off Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can vegetable soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Brown the beef and onion.
    Stir in vegetable soup, undiluted.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Blend in salt, flour and sour cream. Serve over buns, toast or rice and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Yield: 6 servings.
