Ingredients

3 c. cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook berries and 2 cups of water about 10 minutes.
Put through sieve to make a smooth pulp.
Stir in rest of the ingredients.
Pour into freezing tray.
Freeze until firm, stirring several times.
Good at holidays to accompany ham or turkey.
