Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large lima beans
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1 pt. cream (half and half or sour cream may be used)
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil lima beans, mustard and soda for 7 minutes.
    Drain. Cover with cold water.
    Add salt.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Drain. Mix cream and brown sugar.
    Add to beans.
    Bake in casserole at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
