Almond Joy Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. finely chopped almonds (optional)
1/2 block paraffin
Preparation

Mix together coconut, milk and almonds.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
For best results, refrigerate overnight.
Melt chips and paraffin in double boiler.
Roll mixture into balls and dip in chocolate.
Place on wax paper to cool.
