Sausage Jambalaya A La Richard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. thinly sliced sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    green onions, chopped (for topping, optional)
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute white onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Add sausage; cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired, or just salt and pepper to taste. When meat is cooked, add to 4 cups of cooked rice.
    If dry, add more margarine.
