Old Time Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. Pet milk
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 slices buttered toast
    1/3 c. raisins
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Cut toast in quarters into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle raisins over toast. Pour mixture over toast.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake in slow oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 4 servings.
