Fried Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. fat
4 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk or water
1/4 c. diced onions
Preparation

After chicken has cooked, remove from pan.
Pour off all but 5 tablespoons fat.\tOn low heat, add onions and saute.
Add flour; stir until brown.
Add water or milk and stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
Simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
Gravy will be creamier if milk is used.
