Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; save liquid.
    Pour milk over bread crumbs and stand 5 minutes.
    Add flaked salmon, egg, onion, liquid, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning.
    Spoon into oiled loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
