Orange Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 1/3 Tbsp. gelatine, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. cold water
    grated rind of 3 oranges
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve gelatin in same. Add juices.
    Freeze.
