Sweet Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (303) can sweet peas, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Pour in 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers mixed with butter (melted butter) over ingredients in casserole dish.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
