Corn Custard Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
