Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes (7 1/2 oz.) instant coconut pudding (vanilla may be substituted)
    2 c. pumpkin
    6 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix pudding, flour and sugar together.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
    Makes 48 muffins.
