Drunken Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves pressed garlic
2 cans sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 Tbsp. dry Vermouth
1 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
-
Saute the butter, garlic and mushrooms.
Add pepper, A.1. Worcestershire sauce and dry Vermouth.
Continue to saute until liquid is gone.
Serve over steak.
